Important safety notice: Leave On Time is a planning and reminder aid. It is not a navigation, live-traffic, emergency or safety system. Never view, configure or operate the app while driving, riding or controlling a vehicle or machinery. Set it up before travelling or only when safely and lawfully parked.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Leave On Time iOS app (the "app"). The app is provided by I Love Nudge Ltd ("we", "us" or "our").
By downloading, accessing, using or subscribing through the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, you may use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Your licence to use the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. These Terms add product-specific safety, subscription and acceptable-use conditions; they do not replace Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement.
The app helps you estimate when to leave based on information you enter, such as journey duration, intended arrival time, stops, preparation time and other operational time or buffers. It may show the calculated departure time through reminders, widgets and Live Activities.
The app does not provide turn-by-turn directions, monitor your journey or independently obtain or verify live traffic, routes, delays, cancellations, road closures, weather, parking availability, boarding times or other real-world conditions.
The app is a personal planning and reminder aid provided for general information, convenience and entertainment purposes only.
It is not a navigation service, transport service, live-traffic service, journey-monitoring service, alarm system, emergency service or safety-critical system. A calculated departure time is an estimate, not a promise or guarantee that you will arrive on time.
Do not rely on the app as your only source of information where a delay, incorrect result or missed notification could cause serious harm, create a safety risk or lead to significant loss. Check important journeys independently and allow a sensible margin of extra time.
Do not hold, view, configure, operate or interact with the app while driving, riding or otherwise controlling a car, motorcycle, bicycle, scooter, other vehicle or machinery. This includes while stopped in traffic.
Set up and check the app before starting your journey. If you need to interact with it later, first stop and park in a safe and lawful place. A passenger may use the app only if doing so does not distract the driver or interfere with safe operation of the vehicle.
Always obey applicable laws, road signs, official instructions and directions from transport providers and emergency services. These take priority over anything displayed by the app. A reminder that it is time to leave is never an instruction to speed, drive unsafely, break the law or take any other risk.
You are responsible for checking that the journey duration, arrival time, stops, buffers and all other information you enter are accurate, current and suitable for your circumstances.
