Leave On Time is an iOS app provided by I Love Nudge Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). I Love Nudge Ltd is responsible only for personal information that you send directly to us, such as a support email. Apple is separately responsible for the information it processes for App Store purchases and subscriptions.
This policy explains how information is handled when you use Leave On Time (the "app") or contact us.
You do not need to create an account with us to use the app.
We do not include third-party advertising, analytics or tracking technologies in the app. The app does not send us your journey plans, stops, locations, buffers or preferences. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising or use it to profile you or make solely automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
The app has no developer-operated server and works offline, except when it connects directly to Apple's App Store services to purchase, restore or verify a subscription.
Journey times, stops, buffers, saved plans, preferences and other information you enter are processed and stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to I Love Nudge Ltd, and we cannot view, recover, correct or delete it for you.
Journey information remains under the control of your device and Apple backup settings. Deleting information in the app or deleting the app normally removes the local copy, but a copy may remain in an Apple device or iCloud backup. Apple, not I Love Nudge Ltd, provides and controls those backup services.
The app connects to Apple's services when you purchase, restore or verify a subscription. Apple processes the payment and provides the app with transaction or subscription status so that it can confirm your access to paid features. This processing is necessary to provide the subscription you requested.
We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. We do not run a server that stores your subscription information or link subscription information to your journey data. Apple may make sales and subscription reports available to developers through App Store Connect; Apple determines what those reports contain and handles that information under its own privacy terms.

Reminders, widgets and Live Activities use information from your plans to show departure times and countdowns on your device. The app does not send this information to us.
Information shown in a notification, on your Lock Screen or on your Home Screen may be visible to anyone who can see or access your device. You can manage notifications and notification previews in iOS Settings.
